Are you
too lazy, too busy, lacking the skills or simply stupid? Well, that's
why there are as many as you can imagine of those so called restaurants
waiting for you. For some people, standing in the kitchen is "mission
impossible" and cooking is a life threat.
According
to the National Cancer Institute, US kids gain about 40% of their
calories from junk food!!(1). However, in our soceity the situation(due
to the lack of both statistics and health awareness ) looks even worse
and I bet that we may have larger figure for our kids, especially, when
you see a 5-years old kid with a one gallon bag that is full of
candies!! but let's skip that for now.
Using US
statistics in this case, is a good way of forecasting our country
statistics simply becuase we are americanized more than americans. Just
look around you and see how our lifestyle is shaping up. What are the
most popular drinks, how often you eat french fries, what are the most
common restaurant signs in our streets, and how often you watch american
movies?
